Last year, Pepperjam announced that it was joining Partnerize, a global leader in partnership automation for leading brands across retail, fintech, travel, telecom and subscription verticals. While Pepperjam’s acquisition has not altered our daily business practices, it does provide you with the unique opportunity to expand your portfolio of advertisers to include brands from both platforms, meaning new ways to earn commission.

As part of our commitment to provide you with the best possible experience, we’ve kickstarted your process to promote Partnerize brands with a login that maps to the email address you provided to Pepperjam. Activate your account by logging in and completing the following steps in the Partnerize Platform:

  • Review Partnerize’s Terms. Logging into the platform signifies acceptance of Partnerize’s terms. We recommend downloading a PDF through the link and retaining a copy for your records. If you do not accept the terms, please notify pepperjam.support@partnerize.com promptly to terminate your temporary account.
     
  • Set your password. When logging in, click “Forgotten login details” and input your email to start the password reset process. When you receive the password reset email, click your new username to access the password reset page. Enter a secure password to use when accessing your account going forward. Take note of your new username in the Partnerize password reset email as it is how you will log into the Partnerize platform.
     
  • Enter payment details. Accurate bank or Paypal details enable the Partnerize platform to remit your earned rewards. Once you’ve activated your Partnerize account, click on the Partnerize logo at the top left of the platform. Next, navigate to Payment Settings found in the Admin menu to:
      
    • Select a Tracked Currency. Choose the currency in which your referred transactions will track. If using PayPal, please note that only USD, CAD, AUD, EUR and GBP are supported. 
    • Choose a Paid Currency. You will receive payments in the currency you choose for this field. Please note that PayPal users must select the same currency for both Tracked Currency and Paid Currency. 
    • Verify a payment method. Select from PayPal or Electronic funds transfer.
    • Select “Auto Self Bill”. Toggling this field ensures that your commissions are paid out automatically and will not require additional steps to claim your rewards. 
    • Enter your bank or Paypal details. 
      • If you need additional support for completing this process, visit the Partnerize Resource Center by clicking the lightbulb at the top right of the platform, select Interactive Platform Guides and choose the Payment Settings tour.  Alternatively, review the Payment settings knowledge base article.
         
  • Confirm your account details. To streamline your platform accessibility, we’ve securely copied your Pepperjam platform registration and account details to the Partnerize platform. Review this information to confirm accuracy and make any updates that would help to maximize your earning potential—think contact details and site description. For added support, check out the Partnerize Account Setup Tour in the Resource Center by clicking the lightbulb in the top right of the platform.   • Set your preferences. Notification preferences empower you to control when and what type of alerts you get including in-app, email and Slack notifications. We recommend setting up notifications for activity you would like to review.  Some examples are when you have commission funds available to be withdrawn, when you have been invited to a campaign, or when your application to a campaign has been approved. Set your notification preferences in the Admin menu dropdown found by clicking the Partnerize logo in the top left of the platform.

That’s it – your account is active!

  • Sign up for a live training session. Partnerize hosts Getting Started on Partnerize events to provide a step-by-step guide to making the most of the platform.
     
  • Provide your team with Partnerize access by creating user accounts. Create user accounts by navigating to User Settings in the platform’s Admin menu. Refer to the User Settings Knowledge Base article for support.
