ADIDAS AND IPROSPECT ACHIEVE HUGE AFFILIATE CHANNEL GROWTH.
Before April 2014, iProspect was running the affiliate program for adidas in 4 markets: Netherlands, UK, Germany, and France, each with its own account manager. There was little correspondence, no centralized reporting, budgeting or forecasting and, most importantly, no shared insights. Affiliate accounted for only 6% of adidas’s digital spend, so there was ample room for growth. Wanting to further embed with adidas and understand their internal challenges and margins within the affiliate channel, iProspect used business objectives in 3 key areas; Centralization, Consolidation and Changing the Model
